About Nexorev

Founded by Mustafa Bilgic, an independent technical founder based in Adiyaman, Turkey. Nexorev is currently a solo-founder venture in pre-incorporation stage, focused on AI-driven revenue management for independent hotels in North Italy.

Founder

Mustafa Bilgic is building Nexorev as a solo technical founder. There is no fake team, no claimed customer revenue, and no invented research staff.

Address: Malazgirt No: 225, Adiyaman, Turkey

Stage

Nexorev is pre-revenue, pilot-stage, and raising pre-seed capital with Castor as a target investor conversation. The current focus is pilot rollout, PMS integration, and measurable validation with independent hotels.

Mission

Nexorev exists to democratize revenue management AI for boutique and independent hotels that are priced out of enterprise systems such as Duetto and IDeaS. The first wedge is North Italy, where independent hotels face volatile demand, seasonal pricing pressure, OTA commission costs, and limited access to dedicated revenue management teams.

Real Methodology

Authority on this site comes from transparent methodology, public data sources, and clearly labeled backtests. Read the algorithm methodology and data-source notes before treating any pilot-stage metric as production evidence.

The Problem That Started Nexorev

Revenue management is one of the most impactful operational capabilities in hospitality. The right price on the right night can mean the difference between a profitable month and a cash-flow crisis. Yet the tools that make scientific pricing possible have been locked behind enterprise price tags and complexity barriers that exclude most independent hotels. IDeaS and Duetto, the established market leaders, charge thousands of dollars per month and require months of implementation.

This creates an asymmetry. Chain hotels have dedicated revenue managers supported by sophisticated algorithms. Independent hotels, which represent the majority of hotel inventory globally, price rooms using last year's rates, competitor scanning on OTAs, and intuition. Nexorev exists to close that gap with purpose-built AI that is affordable, transparent, and designed for operators who do not have revenue management degrees.

Why Transparency Is the Product

The hospitality technology market has a credibility problem. Vendors routinely claim dramatic revenue lifts, display fabricated testimonials, and obscure their pricing behind sales calls. Nexorev takes the opposite approach. Every metric on this site is labeled with its evidence basis: public-data backtest, simulation, or pilot projection. The pricing is published on the website. The founder's identity and contact information are real.

This is not a marketing strategy. It is a conviction that hotels evaluating revenue management tools deserve to know exactly what they are buying, at what stage of validation the product is, and who stands behind it. The methodology page documents every data source and forecasting method. The model performance page publishes backtest accuracy metrics including their limitations. If something has not been proven in production, this site says so.

What Pilot Stage Actually Means

Nexorev is pre-revenue. The platform is built and functional, but production results from live hotel integrations are pending. The term pilot stage means the product is being validated with real hotels under controlled conditions. The first pilot hotels will operate with founder-led support, direct access to the AI models, and documented performance tracking against their baseline metrics.

Pilot stage also means the team is one person. There is no fabricated team page, no invented advisory board, and no claimed customer base. When the product earns paying customers and measurable results, those facts will be published. Until then, every claim on this site reflects only what has been built and what public-data backtests have shown.

Expanding to the US Independent Hotel Market

Nexorev's initial pilot focus is North Italy, where the founder has built deep familiarity with seasonal tourism patterns, OTA dynamics, and public data sources from ISTAT and ENIT. The US market represents the next expansion target. American independent hotels face the same core challenges as their European counterparts: OTA dependency, seasonal demand fluctuations, and lack of affordable revenue management tools. The platform already supports USD, US holiday calendars, and integration with US-market PMS providers.

Hotel owners and general managers in the US who are evaluating revenue management options are invited to explore the platform through a founder-led demo. Pilot terms for US properties are discussed directly and tailored to the specific PMS setup, market context, and operational needs of each hotel. The goal is the same as in Italy: measured, honest results before any production commitment.
