Get started with Nexorev
Nexorev is an AI revenue platform for independent hotels. Here is how to go from sign-up to your first optimised rates in a few minutes.
Create your account
Register with your email, a password and your hotel name. Your workspace and hotel are created instantly — no credit card required.

Every new account is pre-loaded with clearly-labelled synthetic sample data (rooms, bookings, guests, reviews and 120 days of stats) so your dashboard shows value immediately. A yellow "Sample data" banner marks it as non-real.

Head to Settings and add your city, room count, currency and star rating. This tailors pricing and forecasting to your property.

See how the AI recommends and (optionally) applies dynamic rates. Review the strategy, competitors and forecast tabs to understand the engine before switching it on.

Is the data on my dashboard real?
On a fresh account, no — it is synthetic sample data so you can explore the product. It is flagged with a "Sample data — connect your property" banner and can be cleared with one click from the dashboard.
How much does Nexorev cost?
Nexorev is currently in a founder pilot at €499/mo. Billing only activates at production launch — there is nothing to pay during the pilot and you keep full access.
How do I remove the sample data?
Click "Clear" on the yellow sample-data banner at the top of your dashboard. This wipes the synthetic rooms, bookings, guests, reviews and stats and gives you a clean slate to connect your real property.
