2. Information We Collect
We may collect contact details, hotel name, room count, demo messages, account data, usage analytics, and technical logs. During pilot integrations, hotel PMS data may include bookings, room inventory, rate history, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and guest data needed to provide the service.
3. How We Use Data
Data is used to respond to demo requests, provide pilot services, forecast demand, generate pricing recommendations, maintain security, debug the platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
4. GDPR Roles for EU Hotels
For hotel-customer data processed during a pilot, the hotel is generally the data controller and Mustafa Bilgic / Nexorev acts as data processor. A data processing agreement should be signed before production PMS data is connected.
5. International Transfers
Nexorev is operated from Turkey. If EU personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, transfers should be protected through appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required.
6. Retention and Security
Pilot and demo data is retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose unless a longer legal retention period applies. Nexorev uses HTTPS, access controls, password hashing, and operational logging, but no early-stage system should be treated as risk-free.
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR, eligible individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection to processing. Contact the founder email above to exercise these rights.
