1. Operator
Nexorev is currently a pre-incorporation solo-founder venture operated by Mustafa Bilgic from Malazgirt No: 225, Adiyaman, Turkey. It is not yet a registered company. Contact: [email protected].
2. Service
Nexorev provides pilot-stage AI revenue management tools for hotels, including demand forecasting, dynamic pricing recommendations, analytics, and related operational workflows.
3. Pilot-Stage Limitations
Public metrics are backtests, simulations, or methodology references unless clearly marked otherwise. Nexorev does not guarantee revenue uplift, occupancy improvement, or forecast accuracy. Production use requires hotel PMS integration and hotel-controlled pricing guardrails.
4. Hotel Responsibility
Nexorev provides decision support. Final pricing, inventory, distribution, and guest service decisions remain the responsibility of the hotel operator.
5. Pricing
Pilot pricing for the first 5 hotels is negotiated directly with the founder. Any future production pricing will be documented separately before paid service begins.
6. Intellectual Property and Data
Nexorev software, models, documentation, and site content belong to the operator unless otherwise stated. Hotel data remains the property of the hotel or relevant data controller.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexorev is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or business decisions made from AI recommendations. Pilot agreements may define additional terms.
