Nexorev Launches AI Hotel Revenue Management Pilot for North Italy Boutique Hotels

Adiyaman, Turkiye — Solo-founder hotel revenue intelligence venture Nexorev opens its 2026 pilot programme for independent and boutique hotels (50-150 rooms) operating in North Italy.

Adiyaman, Turkiye, May 4, 2026 — Nexorev, a hotel revenue management pilot venture founded and operated by Mustafa Bilgic, today announced that pilot enrolment is open for independent and boutique hotels in North Italy. The pilot programme is targeted at properties between 50 and 150 rooms, a segment Cornell School of Hotel Administration research and Skift Research panels have repeatedly identified as under-served by enterprise revenue management systems and over-served by simple price-recommendation tools.

Nexorev is pre-revenue and pilot-stage. The pilot programme is founder-led, with rate decisions remaining under hotel control through a documented approval workflow. Pilot results will be reported transparently against documented baselines once pilots have produced sufficient out-of-sample data. The company does not claim deployed-customer outcomes at this stage.

The pilot covers four operating areas: demand forecasting, dynamic pricing recommendations, channel-mix net contribution analysis, and AI-assisted guest communication for North Italy properties handling German, French, English, Italian, and other source-market guests. The product integrates with major boutique-scale property management systems including Mews, Cloudbeds, and Apaleo, and channel managers including SiteMinder and STAAH.

Nexorev is being built specifically to fill that gap, with full transparency about pilot stage and the absence of deployed-customer outcomes today.”

About the Pilot Programme

  • Eligible properties: Independent and boutique hotels, 50-150 rooms, operating in Lombardy, Veneto, Piedmont, Trentino-Alto Adige, Emilia-Romagna, or Liguria.
  • Pilot fee: EUR 0 for the first 5 hotels accepted into the 2026 pilot cohort. Pilot terms are discussed directly with the founder.
  • Pilot length: Typically 90-180 days with documented baseline and post-pilot reporting.
  • Decision authority: All rate changes remain under hotel approval. Nexorev recommendations do not auto-deploy.
  • Data scope: Property PMS data, channel manager data, public-data market context (ISTAT, Banca d'Italia, ENIT).
