Nexorev publishes its price. The enterprise range is an internal estimate from public reporting — Duetto, IDeaS and comparable vendors do not publish list prices, so no exact figure can be cited. The point of this chart is the transparency gap as much as the euro gap.

What the pilot includes

  1. Founder call and fit check for independent and boutique hotels, US and Europe.
  2. Public-data benchmark and current rate-rule review.
  3. PMS export or sample data import, subject to hotel approval.
  4. 30-day baseline recreation and recommendation log.
  5. Founder review of accepted, edited, and rejected recommendations.
  6. Post-pilot report covering occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and limitations.

Nexorev is pre-revenue. The pilot is designed to create measured evidence before any public production-performance claim is made.

What Is Included in Every Plan

Every Nexorev plan includes the full platform: demand forecasting, dynamic pricing recommendations, analytics dashboard, AI guest assistant, reputation monitoring, and travel bundle tools. There is no feature gating between tiers. The difference between pilot and production pricing reflects the depth of integration and the scope of founder support, not the software capabilities available.

Pilot hotels receive the same AI models, the same dashboard, and the same guest communication tools as production clients. The pilot period exists to generate measured evidence of the platform's impact on your specific property before you commit to a production contract. If the pilot does not deliver value, there is no obligation to continue.

How Setup Works

Nexorev does not require a multi-month implementation project. Pilot onboarding begins with a founder call to assess fit, review your current rate strategy, and understand your PMS setup. For the initial pilot phase, the platform can operate on public market data and manually exported PMS reports. Full PMS integration via API connectors for Cloudbeds, Mews, Channex, Opera, and others is configured for production deployments.

Typical pilot setup takes one to three days from the first founder call to a working dashboard. The founder handles configuration directly, including competitive set definition, rate floor and ceiling setup, and forecast model calibration. There is no need to hire a consultant or dedicate IT resources to the integration.

PMS Compatibility for US and European Hotels

Nexorev has built API connectors for Cloudbeds, Mews, Channex, and Oracle Opera Cloud. Additional PMS integrations are built on request during pilot engagements. The platform uses standard hospitality APIs and can ingest data from PMS exports in CSV or Excel format when direct API integration is not yet available.

For US hotels using systems like StayNTouch, Maestro, or WebRezPro, integration scope is discussed directly with the founder. The modular architecture means new PMS connectors can typically be built within two to four weeks once a pilot agreement is in place.

Data Security and Privacy

Hotel data is stored in EU-based data centers with GDPR-compliant practices. Guest personally identifiable information is encrypted at rest and in transit. Nexorev does not sell, share, or use hotel data for any purpose other than delivering the platform's services. Data access controls allow hotels to specify exactly which team members can view pricing recommendations, guest communications, and financial reports.

For US hotels, data residency options and compliance with US state privacy laws are discussed as part of the pilot agreement. Nexorev's data architecture supports per-client data isolation, meaning your property's data is never commingled with data from other hotels.

Cancellation, Contracts, and ROI

Pilot agreements are month-to-month. Production agreements are available in monthly or annual billing cycles, with no minimum commitment beyond the current billing period. There are no early termination fees. If you cancel, your data is exported to you in a standard format and deleted from Nexorev's systems within 30 days.

This approach is deliberate. Enterprise RMS vendors typically require 12 to 24 month contracts because their sales cycle and implementation costs demand it. Nexorev's solo-founder cost structure and software-only delivery model eliminate those fixed costs, allowing month-to-month flexibility without compromising the product.

Common Questions from Hotel Buyers

Hotels commonly ask whether pricing changes if their property has fewer than 50 rooms. The answer is no: pilot pricing is EUR 499 per month regardless of room count. Production pricing scales with room count between 50 and 250 rooms, corresponding to EUR 1,200 to EUR 2,400 per month. Properties under 50 rooms qualify for the lower end of the production range.

Nexorev does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes because the product is in pilot stage and results depend on property-specific factors including location, market conditions, rate strategy, and operational execution. What the pilot provides is a measured, transparent test of AI-driven pricing recommendations against your baseline performance, so you can evaluate ROI with your own data before committing to production pricing.

For hotels considering multiple properties, the Enterprise tier offers custom pricing with multi-property dashboards and group-level reporting. Contact the founder directly to discuss terms. For US hotels, pricing can be discussed in USD equivalent terms during the founder call, and billing can be arranged in USD upon request.
