How the five calculators fit together
These calculators solve five closely related jobs. The room-only pair is ADR (average price of a sold room) and Occupancy (how many available rooms sold). They multiply into RevPAR through the identity RevPAR = ADR × Occupancy, so any two of the three fix the third.
TRevPAR steps outside the room to include food and beverage and other operating revenue, dividing that total by the same rooms available. Cost per occupied room flips the view to the cost side, dividing operating expenses by occupied rooms.
The RevPAR, ADR and occupancy pages also compute the STR index against a competitive set: RGI, ARI and MPI. Together the set covers what you earned per room, what you charged, how full you were, what you earned overall, and what operating costs each occupied room carried.
